Love is not chains that hold us near, But gentle hands that calm our fear. It lifts the heart when shadows stay, And turns the night to silver day. When dreams fall down, love makes them rise, It carves a rainbow through the skies. No mountain high, no storm too wild, Can break the strength of love so mild. For love’s true gift is not to keep, But plant in souls a flame so deep— plant That even when the road feels long, We walk as one, and still grow strong.
